Somehow you manage to get synthetic sounds to appear very human...and they start to take on a personality all of their own. For me, this creates amazing moods, atmospheres and emotions within the blend of sounds...your music is often like closing your eyes and knowing someone else is nearby, but without knowing exactly who...a kind of mystery. Great track!! Clapping

Oooh, that slithery flickery sound there that keeps repeating is way awesome. The percussion being all subdued there in the pack is a good trick, here; sounds like everything's sort of coming at me through that veil of confusion when I'm half asleep.

I also especially like the lead synth voice, and how the feel of it is so clearly that Cagey House voice, but the sound's so different.

The ending kick drum pattern, with that off-in-the-distance something going on beside it, is excellent.

This is very cool.

The intro is way cool. The lead is very fitting for the intended feel. I particularly like the way you mixed lead instruments. The beat and bass line is awesome. Each element occupies space of its own yet harmonizes. Magnificent

great organ pads. this reminds me a yo-yo made out of lily pads that have lilly from the monsters embossed on the outsides of the yo-yo and this song totally can do an Around the World, Sleeper, Walk the Dog, and even Triple or Nothing with Finger Wraps.

I totally love the tails on the kicks, it's like delicate tapping on an iced over lake. this song exudes a gentle strength to it. "For him, there was no greater strength than the strength of the Human Spirit when it is imbued with Truth and unafraid to die, unarmed, upholding it."

Am I running somewhere? Is that my heart beating? There is a melancholy feel to that melody line. Crying about good times that are now past. But maybe crying is too strong of a word. More like muddling around in a sad state. But then the melody goes somewhere else and I'm still muddling but it's not sad anymore. Is that the joy of a stolen moment coming to mind? A moment that I might not be able to relive but can still appreciate in my thoughts. I might not be able to relive it but thinking about it is still pretty good.

Thanks D.
Thumbs Up

This is soooo....different for you, yet so very you at the same time. The sound is amazingly polished, and that little crickety sound in the back is so perfect.
I really like the way everything flows together to make that sweet feeling of something forbidden, but with an undertone of childhood innocence. Like sneaking a cookie. Chocolate Chip Cookie
I think this might well be my new favorite. Cloud 9 Beanie

What's happening man!? You're going old Drool and limp Melting on us. Haha, no, but I do rather enjoy your journey into the chill. With a little title-supplied bias, the coupling of your music and my mind is birthing a thrilling serial: I see a silent film populated by futuristic orphans (still poor and abused, but they've got space suits!) that have snuck out during the night for a little Cinderellesque adventure. It kinda degenerates into an acid trip involving interplanetary travel and re-enacted big bangs, but somehow it's still relevant. Ha! Love some of your jazzy mini-solos: 1:45-2:00 is genuine Cagey. 2:25ish was a pretty slick little sequence, too. High Five! and Cheers for another job well done.

this is bizarre and unpredictable, but completely comfortable to play with my thoughts in.
this would be played well by a cockroach on an organ.
I love those distant vibe-percussive sounds.
Your music is getting a lot cleaner, with all the fumes and guilded interiors of the old ones.

Man, that fuftafuftafuftafufta sound is cool----like a scurrying little bug or butterfly wings or something…….the pads and bells-----Ooooooohhhhhhmmmmmmm! Cool melody too. This sounds a lot different than most of your other material. That’s good imo, shows depth! Are there crickets in here? Very peaceful and relaxing! Great title as it really paints that image of a peaceful summer evening after dark.

Very well made tune. I particularly liked the lead instrument. The way it ends at 01:10 does not seem like a very good choice to me, however the second, different-style solo is also quite appropriate, while maintaing a bit of the feel of the other one [nice change at 02:00 for a bit of continuity maintainance].

Overall, I like the consistent feel of the tune, and the improvisation of the lead instrument adds a bit of variety.
